We don’t give homes away, but we do do make homeownership a viable option. A Habitat for Humanity home is an opportunity. We make home ownership possible with a hand up, not an hand out. Good News Habitat of Richmond, Indiana, provides zero interest mortgage loans which create lower monthly mortgage payments. If you’re interested in purchasing a Habitat home in Wayne, Randolph, or Union county and you meet the income requirements, click here to download and fill out the application materials. Applicants go through a rigorous vetting process to make sure the mortgage is affordable based on their ability to pay.
