We are excited to share an important milestone in our current build and remodel project on Sheridan Street: the slab for the new edition has officially been poured! This is more than just concrete on the ground, it’s the strong foundation that will support the next chapter of a family’s life in their forever home.
A huge thank you goes out to Graf Concrete Construction for their skilled labor, Ernst Concrete for supplying the high-quality materials, and East Central Contractors for providing the gravel that makes it all possible. Each of these partners has played a critical role in moving this project forward, and we are so grateful for their contributions.
Why is this step so important? A foundation pour is one of the most exciting stages of any home build because it represents the transition from plans on paper to something real and lasting. It sets the stage for everything that comes next, walls, rooms, and ultimately the warmth and comfort of a completed home. With the foundation in place, our partner family is now one step closer to having a safe, stable environment where they can thrive for years to come.
